What is your return policy?

It is L'OCCITANE's intention to satisfy our customers. For this reason, we will gladly an exchange for any unopened merchandise that is returned within 14 days of the date of purchase. All items must be unopened and in a saleable condition.

Please note that we cannot offer exchanges on any opened or used products.

To organise an exchange or a refund, send your items with a copy of your invoice to our freepost address at:

At reception of your parcel, we will contact you to organise the exchange.
 
Alternatively, you can bring your products with your receipt to any of our UK L’OCCITANE boutiques.

 

 

Can I exchange or have a refund for my online order in a store?

It is L'OCCITANE's intention to satisfy our customers. For this reason, we will gladly issue an exchange or a full refund to the original credit card for any unopened merchandise that is returned within 14 days of the date of purchase. All items must be unopened and in a saleable condition.

Please note that we cannot offer exchanges or refunds on any opened or used products and postage & packing will not be refunded.

Exchanges must be done in shops within Bulgaria.
